So I have challenged myself to running every day in February as a motivational tool to help me get off the couch more regularly in my training for a 100 miler in May.
Next to my family and friends, running is one of the greatest pleasures of my life. I enjoy getting out, rain or shine, hot or cold. I have been running for a few years. I am enthusiastic about running and being a part of the running community. I excel at helping people to realize and accomplish their goals, both short and long term.
